Steps to Renew Your Arkansas Insurance License

         Your state requirements can be found below or by accessing the
         Arkansas website. Click Here
  • Upon completion of our online courses you will be able to print your certificates online. You must fax us a copy of your signed affidavit (Appendix G) and we will report your credit hours directly to the Arkansas Department of Insurance.

  • Life/Accident & Health & Property/Casualty - 10 Hrs

Continuing Education Compliance Date

Same as license renewal date.

License Renewal Date

License renewal date is the agent's date of birth, annually.

Types of courses accepted for CE Credit

  • Self-study
  • Classroom study
  • On line courses

Course Subject Requirements

  • 1 hour of Ethics is required
  • Property producers must complete a one-time 3 hour NFIP Flood course.

Carryover Requirements

Excess CE credit hours may be carried over to the next reporting period but no reporting periods after that.

Course Repetition

Courses may not be repeated in the same renewal period excluding Ethics.

Final Exam

Self-study final exams are required to be monitored by a disinterested third party. All final exams require a signed affidavit (Appendix G) to be faxed to the provider.
