Arkansas Insurance CE Credits Reporting Information

Once we recieve the affidavit you may be able to print your course completion certificate online. Please go to the "My Training" section of your Virtual University homepage and click on the 'Certificate Icon' next to the course name to print your certification of completion and 360training will report your credit hours to the Arkansas Department of Insurance by filing to the Department either an (Appendix G or an Appendix H roster) within 5 to 7 business days after course completion.

Note: Course credits are reported to the state with your actual course completion date. Even if your credit is reported after your renewal date, your actual completion date is the date that is registered with the regulatory body for renewal purposes. Thank you.
