Credit will not be give for a course that is repeated within a 2 year period.

Final Exam
Final exam must be monitored.

Exemptions

  • Individuals with a temporary license
  • Newly licensed individuals are exempt for the calendar year that their license is issued
  • Individuals with a limited line license that an exam is not required
  • Individuals licensed only for surety insurance who sell bail bonds
  • Non resident agents if their home state requires CE and has a reciprocal agreement with Montana

Student Experience

  1. Student will pay and enroll in the course
  2. Student will answer security and validation questions throughout the course validating the identity of the student
  3. Student will pass each lesson quiz before proceeding to the next lesson ensuring the mastery of the lesson
  4. If the student fails the end of lesson quiz, the student will be forced to repeat the lesson till he/she passes the quiz
  5. Upon the successful completion of the course, the student will be locked out of the final exam unless the student gets in touch with the proctor
  6. The proctor will type in an encrypted code to unlock the final exam. At that point student will be able to take a CLOSED BOOK final exam to ensure that the student does not cheat
  7. Student will be allowed to take the final no more than 3 times
