Continuing Education Hours
Producers are required to complete 24 hrs of continuing education, including 3 hrs of ethics, every two years.
Course Subject Requirements
At least 5 hrs must cover lines in which licensed.
Additional Training Requirements
NFIP Flood: All property and casualty licensees must complete a one-time 3 hr NFIP Flood training course.
LTC/P: All licensed producers who wish to sell, solicit or negociate long term care policies must complete a one-time 8 hr Long Term Care training course, followed by 4 hrs of ongoing training every two years, thereafter.

- Self Study
- Classroom
Carryover Requirements
Up to 24 hrs of continuing education may be carried over to the next compliance period.
Final Exam Requirements
Final exams must be monitored by a disinterested third party administrator.
Course Repetition
Courses are not allowed to be repeated with a two year period.
Continuing Education Compliance Date
Last day of month of birth, every two years.
License Renewal Date
Last day of month of birth, every two years.
