Ed Sattar- CEO; Director, Financial Services Education

Ed Sattar - CEO; Director, Financial Services EducationEd has spent over 15 years as an entrepreneur driving business performance in the real estate, oil & gas and web-services sectors. Ed started a real estate investment operation in 1990 with portfolio of investments exceeding $20 million in FDIC, REO and Tax foreclosed assets.
 
In 1996, Ed founded RESUSA, an online business-to-business information portal that integrated data from over 300 tax assessor collectors in the Southwest region of the US. The portal published delinquent tax foreclosed property data, which was made, published and subscribed via the web. Ed authored the book “How to Purchase Tax Liens and Tax Deeds Certificates” and held seminars on how to become a successful real estate investor.Sattar also co-founded and funded AustinCityGuide.com, a company targeting the hospitality industry. In 1997, he founded 360training.com and leveraged his real estate experience to develop and implement adult learning theories for online delivery of real estate education along with three other core compliance vertical markets of insurance and financial services, hospitality education and technical skills. He has done extensive research and consulting on both fronts, to education providers and regulatory agencies. During his tenure in the e-learning space, he has identified key criteria and standards that are currently being published and implemented, which establishes equal footing for providers of distance learning to abide by when seeking approval of distance learning courses. Ed studied electrical engineering and finance at the University of Texas at Austin.

Matt Ray – Director of Compliance

Matt Ray - Director of ComplianceAs Director at 360training.com, Matt will oversee the overall regulatory strategy and operations management of all compliance and regulatory affairs for the company’s insurance and risk management programs – including but not limited to continuing education and training, agent licensing and licensing appointment services.
 
Previously, Matt served in various roles with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) for over 23 years most recently holding the post of Deputy Commissioner. While at TDI, Mr. Ray was one of the first regulators to embrace the concept of online agent training, setting high bar standards for industry to protect the integrity of educational content while making the convenience of online access a reality for insurance professionals who serve the general public.
 
Matt’s charter at 360training.com will include management and oversight of compliance and regulatory initiatives, spanning from local insurance boards to federal OSHA regulations and beyond. He will also be responsible for executing the company’s innovations in online risk management and training technologies for new industries where security is a top priority.

Clyde Seepersad – Vice President of Operations and Professional Services

Clyde Seepersad - Vice President of Operations and Professional ServicesClyde leads the Operations team, which includes Product Management, Product Development, Customer Support, Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation and B2B Professional Services. This is a global team with operations in Asia-Pacific as well as North America. He has previously held operational positions at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a global leader in K-12 education.
 
Prior to his involvement in education, Clyde was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, a global strategic consultancy known for its cutting edge thinking and value creation for clients. He started his career in the public sector, working within the Ministry of Finance in Trinidad and Tobago (similar to the US Treasury Department). He holds an MBA and a Masters in Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
